We used the Touchpoint Programme workshop to look at and map out all the customer touchpoints Seven were using when they were commissioned to create a video. What was created for clients and what communications were being sent. By going through this logical process, we worked with the team to enhance their current customer experience. We highlighted all their customer facing collateral which in turn allowed this to be reviewed to ensure everything was on brand giving that all important consistency. On top of this we discovered new marketing opportunities that previously hadn’t been thought of. We then worked with the team and created a prioritised action plan.
By continuing to work with ThinkSMART we’ve doubled our turnover in two years. By undertaking the Touchpoint Programme, it has made our process a lot more seamless for our clients. It has been such an eye opening experience and one that has delivered results.
