Seven Video are film makers and story tellers, always focused on creating stunning video content that does more than just entertain and educate. In fact, they are who we use for our videos.
As a growing business Seven knew they had to do something in terms of their marketing. The challenge was knowing what to do and in what order. They had lots of ideas but no clear plan and how it would all work together. Business growth also brings its own challenges so it’s key that any new activity would work seamlessly with their production processes.
What we did
We used the Touchpoint Programme workshop to look at and map out all the customer touchpoints Seven were using when they were commissioned to create a video. What was created for clients and what communications were being sent. By going through this logical process, we worked with the team to enhance their current customer experience.
We highlighted all their customer facing collateral which in turn allowed this to be reviewed to ensure everything was on brand giving that all important consistency. On top of this we discovered new marketing opportunities that previously hadn’t been thought of. We then worked with the team and created a prioritised action plan.
