Between us, we’ve stood in our customers' shoes for more than 80 years, working with clients such as O2, Dell, Specsavers, Mamas & Papas, Hotpoint and JCB, as well as supporting many more entrepreneurs and business owners. Here’s a little intro to help you get to know us better.Meet Clare
Clare is a fellow of the chartered institute of marketing and a marketing mentor and consultant. She’s worked in marketing roles for more decades than she cares to mention, finally fulfilling her dream of setting up her own marketing business when she co-founded ThinkSMART in 2017.
When she’s not helping our clients build their businesses, she’s busy building her new activewear brand, Stretch & Burn Ltd.

If Clare’s been around the marketing block, then Mike’s been around the whole town, having worked in the industry since before online marketing was even a thing. Combining his knowledge and experience with his creative skills, Mike helps clients bring their marketing ideas to life.
When he’s not applying his creative skills to marketing, he’s busy creating abstract wall art at MJHArt Studio.

After working his way up through the corporate world, performing at MD level with global organisations, Gary realised he wasn’t creating the lifestyle he wanted. He decided to make a change and started his mentoring business, Tendo.
In 2017, he co-founded ThinkSMART with Mike and Clare, joining them in their mission to stop businesses wasting money on the wrong things.
