Fiona Keys
PR and Analyst Specialist

Fiona has extensive experience of the IT and communications marketplace gained from working in-house, freelance and within some of the UK’s leading technology PR agencies. Her career spans a 16 year period.
 

Fiona began her career with Text 100, a leading technology PR agency, where she worked on large and small accounts including GEIS, ACT and Nantucket. 

This was followed by a move in-house with Tricom Communications some four years later which gave Fiona a taste of the full marketing mix as she became involved in advertising campaigns, events organisation, direct mail strategies and, of course, media relations for the company. Here, Fiona also established a vertical direct marketing team to take full advantage of the company’s customer reference material.
 

Fiona has also directed key accounts for Insight Marketing and Communications and Firefly Communications, and she has been involved in a number of high profile pitch teams.

Fiona has managed a whole range of clients from small start-ups to major corporates.  Examples of companies she has worked with include Tricom Communications, Novell, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Tellabs, BT, Compaq, Isis Communications, Seagate Software, Be UnLimited, Lighthouse Systems, Celaton, Insite, Fidelity Information Services, SEEDA and ViewCast.
