Kate’s project management skills were developed through 10 years working in administration in her home town of Wolverhampton, first with a pneumatic control equipment supplier then a national waste management company.

This was followed by several years in busy marketing departments in Bedfordshire after moving with husband Tim, which brought her into contact with TSM as a client. Kate liked our business-focused approach and we liked her, which is why she's now a key member of our team.

Kate is the driving force behind many of our quality control procedures and prides herself in managing all in-house and external training requirements.
