Jo Blackman

Project Director

Jo brings practical knowledge of a wide range of marketing disciplines acquired with heavyweight industrial and service companies. At Nissan she managed new-vehicle launch campaigns, developed communications programmes and managed their CRM strategy.

As Whitbread’s Brand Manager she managed the delivery of cross-media campaigns, moving to set up a central CRM team to develop group and brand strategies.

Today Jo leads projects for some of Think Smart's key clients and looks after the development of new business opportunities for the North.
