David has been a B2B Marketing professional in the Technology and Telco sectors for over 20 years. He has a lot of experience of delivering database marketing and CRM programmes within blue chip companies such as Digital, Unisys and Siemens. Implementing these programmes successfully has needed all of David’s skills in project scoping, requirements definition, fit/gap analysis, application development/customisation, change management & programme roll-out.

Successful programme implementation has more to do with successful change management than it does about technology features. David puts his years of success down to a pragmatic approach built on meeting the business needs, within a planned framework, that is in step with the business transformation capability. This means step by step incremental evolutionary improvements, measured against performance indicators that have been base-lined prior to the start of any programme. David has a real passion for performance improvement through the use of good quality information combined with an effective technology deployment.
